Kayla Kirchmeier

Kayla brings over six years of experience in the insurance industry, having joined Roerig Insurance in September 2019. Her path into insurance began with an introductory course in college that sparked her interest and ultimately led her to pursue a career in the field.

Licensed in Property & Casualty as well as Life and Health, Kayla is equipped to assist a wide range of client needs. She has also earned her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation and is currently working toward her CISR Elite certification, further strengthening her expertise and ability to guide clients through their coverage options.

What Kayla values most about her role is helping clients understand the purpose of their insurance and how it protects them. She takes pride in being approachable and personable, making it easy for clients to feel comfortable asking questions and having meaningful conversations about their coverage. She also appreciates being part of a knowledgeable team that works collaboratively to support everyone who walks through the door.

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing, as well as spending time with her family, including her parents, fiancé, and growing extended family. She is actively involved in her community, serving as President of the Webster Kiwanis Club, Treasurer of the Webster VIBE Board, and as a board member for both the Webster Alumni Association and Lake Area Technical College Alumni Board. A dedicated Green Bay Packers fan, she has made several trips to Lambeau Field to watch games in person.

A fun fact about Kayla is that she participated in a student exchange program in high school, traveling to Germany for two weeks as part of a sister city partnership between Webster, South Dakota and Dewangen, Germany.
